Are reality shows going too far??

I have tons of things running in my head today... I am not thinking of anything else after a long time!!! Anyways, talking about reality shows... From watching a man fishing on an island alone on CBS's Survivor to _________ on _________ (just plug in any stupid reality show on any ntework!!) reality shows have become worse and people have gone crazy!!! Seriously crazy... The crazy participants on American Idol, who know they have no chance of being on the show, but yet don't mind making a fool of themselves on national television to get on national television to the stupid balloon boy parents and the really gutsy White House party crashers, these people are not just stupid but also dangerous... I mean come on.... what will these people do next to be on TV???

The same show (Real Housewives of...) that the Salahis are trying to get into is based in quite a few cities. I saw an episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta and was totally shocked... Without going into details, let me just tell you that the cameras were in this couple's bathroom, when they were enjoying their romantic evening in their hot tub.... Eeeeeksss...right? This show is about rich women.... So, you are on the show because you are rich.. How much more money can you make by letting the entire nation watch your husband give you a massage and a bubble bath????

Maybe a solution is to switch back to limited programming..... Maybe the networks no longer know what to do with 24 hours of programming time?? How many good ideas can you have right??

When last time I was in US, I was switching channels when I found one show where there is auditorium kind of room which has a partition at the middle to make that two separate auditoriums. A couple has filed divorce case. Those people are informed that some govt officials have come and would like to know more about the case. They are taken separately where no one knows the other partner was also contacted. then they all talk and their family members also tell how bad the other partner is..
Then they show each other (both were in two sides of the auditoriums.. )conversation over a TV telling that it was prerecorded. When the discussion becomes really hot they without any pre notice remove the separator between the rooms.. Now you should see two families fighting among each other..

This is also some kind of reality show.. Thank God I have not seen such a prog in India.
